SERVICE MENU

Cycle Zone Darwin offers full bike servicing and repairs out of our onsite workshop. Our team are local, trusted, and experts in their industry.

Our mechanics love bikes and riding them more than most, so they know exactly what’s what when it comes to making sure yours is maintained to perfection.

They are also Darwin riders, so they know all about the conditions here and what is best for you and your bike.

We service all types of bikes, from road to mountain, from kids to adult, from new to old.

We know that every bike and every rider is different, which is why we take the time to understand your needs and tailor our services to meet them.

When it comes to keeping your bike in top shape, regular service is key. We recommend having your bike serviced at least once a year, or every 1000km, whichever comes first. This will ensure that your bike is running smoothly and safely, and that any potential issues are caught and dealt with before they become bigger problems.

E-bike policy

Cycle Zone Darwin is no longer able to store, service or repair e-bikes that are not compliant with Australian standard EN15194.

A compliant e-bike has these main 3 features:

  • Has an auxiliary electric motor rated to a maximum ungoverned continuous rated power output of no more than 250 Watts
  • Require the rider to pedal in order to be provided with assistance when the speed exceeds 6 Km/h
  • Have the assistance from the motor cut out when speed reaches 25 Km/h

If your e-bike does not meet these criteria the staff of Cycle Zone will refuse service. We apologise in advance.

At our workshop, we use only the best tools and parts to ensure that your bike is serviced to the highest standard.

We also include free safety checks with every service, so you can have peace of mind knowing that your bike is in good hands.

So, whether you're a recreational rider, a commuter, or a serious cyclist, we're here to help you get the most out of your bike. Give us a call to book or book into our workshop online.
